Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze is an action, platformer video game developed by Retro Studios and published by Nintendo. Our favorite Kongs are back and this time in the Nintendo Switch! Introducing some new feature. And get to journey the island that is full of platforming perfection. The action is of course nonstop with the classic original game or go on and try the new Funky Mode with the Funky Kong. The Donkey Kong island has been turned into a frozen fortress by the Arctic invaders and of course, you are the only one who can save the day. The Original Mode will have you playing as Donkey Kong and you can ask help from Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, and Cranky Kong all of which have different abilities that you can choose from depending on the situation. Also if you would want a light and fun mode, play as Funky Kong in the Funky Mode which gives players a new range of main-character options and a range of gameplay updates. He will have extra hearts as well as unique abilities that will give you a more relaxed gameplay. Play by yourself or with a friend, in the co-op round and get all those collectibles.
