Halo Spartan Assault

Halo Spartan Assault is a third-person action/shooter game developed by Vanguard Games and 343 Industries, and published by Microsoft Studios. The game is part of the Halo franchise, and its story is set between the events of Halo 3 (year 2553) and Halo 4 (year 2557). Your mission is to fight the alien Covenant while controlling human soldiers Edward Davis and Sarah Palmer. Stationed on the planet Draetheus V, Davis and Palmer find themselves trapped in an attack by Covenant’s rogue group who ignored the ceasefire currently in effect between the human UNSC and Covenant. As the aliens find out about the planet’s moon being a weapon built by an ancient race called the Forerunners, they activated it and eventually tore the planet apart, forcing the UNSC to evacuate. With Davis sacrificing his life for his fellow UNSCs, Palmer finds herself on a mission to track down the Covenent leader Merg Vol and kill him.
