War of the Roses

War of the Roses is a team-based third person action game developed by Fatshark and released by Paradox Interactive set in 15th century England. You are caught between the rivalry of two branches of the Royal House of Plantagenet: the house of Lancaster (the reds) and the house of York (the whites). Both branches fight over the throne and you must choosed your side wisely. War of The Roses allows players to go head-on with their enemies using authentic and visceral weapons of that specific time period including broad swords, long bows and battle-axes. Play as a Footman, Guardsman, Longbowman, or Footknight allowing you to explore the various combat options that fit your expertise best. It features up to 64 player competition in both Team Death Match and Conquest modes. Play with friends or online through 11 historically inspired war zones as you fight the conflict between Lancaster & York first hand. Gain experience and coins as you fight your way in the battlefield and rank up your character while on the process.
