Cities XL Platinum is a simulation video game developed and produced by Focus Home Interactive. It is up to you to act as mayor and build up and link cities form around the games planet. You will be responsible for the construction of buildings and infrastructure to support the problems of a growing populace. With over 1,000 buildings to choose from and 60 maps this game presents a level of difficulty not present in many games of it’s genre. Merely the location of buildings and roads is not the only problems you will face, power shortages, public transportation and the growing needs of the public also need to be considered. Establishing trade channels between cities will be necessary to ensure the overall success of each city and overall planetary success.
