Riff Racer – Race Your Music is a casual, racing video game developed and published by FOAM Entertainment. You may also know the game as ‘Drive Any Track’ as it was called that during its early access. Riff Racer is a racing game like no other. You will create your race tracks from the songs that is found in your library. Cool huh! Unlike other music powered game creation, Riff Racer is not a rhythm game. You literally will have to race with the music for you to earn points. This is all thanks to the next level MEGA engine. This engine can give you an absolutely unique racing experience by basing your racetrack to the structure of your song. This is done by analyzing the audio file to its core components. The racetrack’s environment will also vary depending on your music’s genre. The verses, choruses and drops also becomes your checkpoints in the game. There will be no live multiplayer, but you will be able to race against your friend’s ghost on the track. Also, if you are the first to create a track from a song. Your name will forever be placed on the leaderboard with that track and song. Earn top points by staying in sync while doing jumps, stunts and drifts. Riff Racer currently supports these music files: MP3, FLAC, OGG and ACC (m4a).
